All reservations for sub-sede hotels must be made in writing to the Travel Agency Urban Travel of ICEM2020 at [email protected] in advance.

All rates are exclusive of VAT and quoted per room per night in United States Dollars (exchange rates to your currency are subject to change), and above rates can only be guaranteed by booking through the Travel Agency Urban Travel of ICEM2020.

Foreign travelers who pay their reservations with a foreign credit or debit card and that present a passport and boarding pass of the flight at the time of Check In at the hotel, are entitled of the published rate above, EXCLUDING VAT. This method of payment and documents are a must in order to obtain this rate, otherwise rate + VAT will apply.

Any changes in bookings should be informed in writing to the Travel Agency Urban Travel, NOT directly to the hotel.

Hotel reservation should be made NO LATER THAN March 12, 2020. Room bookings and changes made after March 12, 2020 cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability.

Standard check-in time of 3:00pm and check-out time of 12:00pm will be applied to all hotels. Please note that request for early check-in and late check-out must be made in writing to the Travel Agency Urban Travel of ICEM2020 at [email protected] in advance. However, this may cause an additional one night charge depending on room availability.

Breakfast will only be counted when you actually have it during your stay.

Please be informed that if you do not finalize your registration, your hotel reservation would be canceled.
